  • Customer Interaction and Enquiry Data: Customer chat history, names, phone numbers, specific service requirements, location coordinates if shared, and appointment logs processed by the AI assistant.
  • Technical and Usage Logs: Access logs, IP addresses, browser types, interaction durations, device metrics, and assistant reply performance stats.
  • Payment Information: For processing subscriptions, we utilize secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.

2. How We Use the Information

We process data for the following specific purposes:

  • To set up, train, and run your business-specific WhatsApp AI assistant.
  • To extract structured leads (such as names, requirements, and urgency) and present them on your dashboard or notify your team.
  • To compile daily activity summaries (e.g. leads captured, missed chats recovered, appointments booked).
  • To billing, subscriptions, and operational accounts maintenance.
  • To monitor assistant performance, prevent service disruption, and update FAQ capabilities.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to external marketing companies. Data is disclosed only to:

  • Approved Service Integrations: Official API channels (such as Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Cloud APIs) required to transmit messages.
  • Hosting and Infrastructure: Encrypted cloud database infrastructure suppliers (such as AWS or Google Cloud).

5. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You own your data. Business owners can request a full CSV export of all captured customer leads or request permanent deletion of their account records by contacting our support team at support@vyapaarsathi.ai. We process deletion requests within 7 working days, subject to regulatory tax and billing logs retention.
