Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to VyapaarSathi AI. We aim to support your business operations transparently. This document outlines our policies regarding subscription cancellations and payment refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. There are no hidden cancellation fees or long-term lock-in commitments.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your client dashboard under account settings, or by emailing our billing support desk at support@vyapaarsathi.ai.
  • Effective Date: Upon submitting a cancellation, your AI assistant will continue to process queries and capture leads until the end of your current paid monthly billing cycle. No further automatic charges will occur on your payment profile.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide early access trials and substantial dedicated setup support to configure your business flows, our standard refund terms are as follows:

  • 7-Day Free Trial: Our Starter plan and early access configurations come with a 7-day trial period. Your credit card/payment source is not charged if you request cancellation before the trial expires.
  • Monthly Subscription Renewals: Once a monthly billing cycle begins, payment is non-refundable for that active month, as processing credits and server resources are provisioned on demand. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Setup Charges: If you paid a one-time onboarding configuration fee (such as for custom CRM integration or complex multiline flows), this fee is non-refundable once our engineers initiate the assistant setup and model training.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

We believe in absolute fairness. If you experience persistent technical downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that prevents your WhatsApp assistant from operating, and our support engineers are unable to resolve it within our standard timeline, we will issue a prorated refund or account credit for the affected period. Please submit downtime refund requests with screenshots or chat logs to our support desk.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI account, or net banking wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's transaction clearance schedule.
